For those of you who do not know me, here is a photo. I was born in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, on Friday, September 13, 1968. Undergraduate degree in Literature at Marquette University, Masters degree in Creative Writing from Oklahoma State University, PhD in Creative Writing from the Center for Writers at the University of Southern Mississippi. I love all things creative -- I write, I play and record music, I act, I teach (writing, film/literature, pedagogy, mental ecology), etc. I currently live up in a cabin in the woods on a mountain that is situated on the southern part of Mexico City, and teach at a university.
